Oversaw end-to-end event logistics, including creating and managing the production schedule, coordinating with vendors and venues, and ensuring seamless onsite execution. My role encompassed venue management, F&B planning, security and transportation integration, ancillary event coordination, and acting as a cross-functional liaison to align design, production, and registration efforts.
